In Kerch, bailiffs provided the former spouse with access to an apartment where he owns an equal share. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
According to the department, the woman did not let her ex-husband into housing, and he appealed to the court, which obliged her to provide free access. The debtor did not execute the decision, so the bailiff of the Kerch branch initiated enforcement proceedings. For late performance, she was charged an executive fee of 10 thousand rubles, arrested bank accounts and temporarily restricted travel abroad. The woman was also warned about a possible protocol for non-fulfillment of non-property requirements and about the forced settlement of the claimant with the opening of the door, the costs of which will be charged from her.
There was no woman at home on the appointed day. Then, in the presence of witnesses, the claimant and employees of the enforcement bodies, specialists opened the apartment, and the man got access to housing. The bailiff drew up an act of execution of the court decision.
