In Khasavyurt through the court demanded to ban the work of a private medical center

The Khasavyurt prosecutor’s office revealed violations in a private medical center and sent a lawsuit to the city court demanding to ban its work until the violations were eliminated.

The inspection showed that individual rooms are not equipped according to the approved standard, including no shock stowage. The storage conditions of medicines were not controlled - drugs and medical devices with an expired shelf life were found. Medical records of patients were not issued, contracts for paid services were not concluded, internal quality control was not organized. Also, there are no specialists with the necessary education and accreditation for dental work specified in the license.

Violations of fire safety were also revealed: alarms and alerts were not serviced, employees were not trained in safety measures, there were no instructions and evacuation plans, and the width of the stairs is less than normative.

The head of the center made a presentation. In relation to the legal entity, cases were initiated under Part 1 of Article 20.4 and Article 6.28 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
