In Kirov, asphalt is updated to prepare roads for the winter season
In the regional center started large-scale seasonal work to eliminate the gauge on the roadway
Specialists of the improvement directorate have already determined a list of priority areas, which included the zones in front of intersections and the busiest urban highways with intensive road traffic.
The relevant department explained that regular braking and the start of traffic flow lead to rapid abrasion of the upper asphalt layer and the appearance of defects.
At the same time, experts emphasize the need to complete repairs before snow falls, since in winter the tracks provoke accelerated destruction of the roadway and significantly interfere with the quality of snowplows.
The contractor is JSC "Gordormoststroy". Road crews have already completed repair work on October Avenue - on the site from Preobrazhenskaya Street to Morozovskaya.
Representatives of the contractor noted that at each planned facility, the old coating will be completely removed and a new layer of asphalt will be laid.
The whole process is organized strictly according to the operational schedule, which is adjusted taking into account weather conditions.
In the near future, road equipment will be released to new facilities.
