In Kirov stopped the illegal trade of fruits and vegetables on the sidewalk
On October 8, 2026, employees of the territorial administration for the Oktyabrsky district conducted another raid aimed at combating unauthorized small-scale retail trade outside specially equipped premises and non-stationary retail facilities
During the inspection near the house No. 13 on Koltsov Street in Kirov, the inspectors revealed the fact of illegal sale of vegetables and fruits. The owner of the outlet placed boxes of goods and conducted activities directly on the pedestrian sidewalk belonging to the street-road network.
Such actions violate the current rules of external improvement on the territory of the regional center.
With regard to the individual entrepreneur owning a trading facility and organizing a sale outside its borders, specialists prepare a protocol on an administrative offense.
According to the current regional legislation, violators face monetary penalties for trade in the wrong places.
For ordinary citizens, the fine is from 2,000 to 5,000 rubles, officials will have to pay from 5,000 to 20,000 rubles, and legal entities face liability in the amount of 10,000 to 30,000 rubles.
Representatives of the territorial administration stressed that such inspections of compliance with the rules of trade and improvement on the streets of the city will continue on a regular basis.
