In Kirov checked street vendors near the Central market
Systematic raids continue in Pervomaysky district aimed at detecting and suppressing unauthorized trade

Events are organized to maintain order on the city streets and comply with current retail regulations.
The local territorial administration explained that the key task of such inspections is to monitor the implementation of legislation, check the availability of entrepreneurs with the necessary permits, as well as to ensure the safety of citizens.
Another preventive raid took place at the site near the Central Market. Representatives of regulatory authorities conducted explanatory work with sellers.
After the conversation, most participants in the trade voluntarily rolled up the goods and left the occupied territory. However, administrative protocols were drawn up for persons who conducted illegal business on a permanent basis.
According to the established rules, the sale of goods outside specially designated areas entails a warning or a fine. For individuals, the amount of recovery is from 1,000 to 5,000 rubles, for officials - from 3,000 to 10,000 rubles, and for legal entities - from 5,000 to 10,000 rubles.
Natural counters not only interfere with pedestrians, but also pose a threat to the health of customers due to the lack of proper quality control of products.
For this reason, the relevant services intend to continue systematic work to reduce the number of illegal outlets and protect consumer rights in Pervomaisky district.
