In Yekaterinburg airport "Koltsovo" landed the first board of the airline Vietjet Air - wide-body Airbus A-330-300, designed for almost 380 passengers. The plane arrived to open a charter flight program to Vietnamese resorts. This is reported by the press service of the airport "Koltsovo" named after A.N. Demidov.
The first destination will be the island of Phu Quoc: flights there will be performed twice in 10-11 days. From November 1, Vietjet Air will also launch flights to Nha Trang with a similar frequency - 2 times every 10-11 days.
The charter program is designed for the entire winter navigation period. Flight tickets are already available – they can be purchased as part of tourist packages.
Earlier, MK-Ural wrote that the Russian charter airline AZUR air, specializing in resort destinations, will restore direct flights from Yekaterinburg to Vietnamese Phu Quoc. The airline suspended flights to Vietnam’s largest island in 2020. It is assumed that AZUR air will resume them from November 15 this year.
