In the next three years, about 1.2 thousand houses will be repaired in Komi.

In Komi repaired 82 roofs and replaced elevators in 14 homes

In Komi continue to update the housing stock. In 2026, major repairs were carried out on 82 roofs, and new elevators were installed in 14 high-rise buildings to replace the equipment that has worked out its service life.

In addition, the facades were put in order in five houses, the foundations were strengthened in eight, and 54 internal engineering systems were repaired. When restoring the roofs, specialists updated not only the coating, but also the truss structures, ventilation and drainage.

In the next three years, major repairs are planned to be carried out in about 1.2 thousand houses of the republic.
