In Ust-Vyyi, Komi Stroyzhilnadzor specialists will again deal with the situation in apartment building No. 19 on Central Street. The reason was complaints of residents of insufficient water pressure, which could not be eliminated after previous inspections.

Back in 2024, the inspection ordered the former management company to repair the leaking roof and establish a water supply. In 2025, the organization reported compliance with the requirements, but a new appeal showed that problems could persist.

Now the house is served by LLC "Repair and maintenance site Mikun". The inspectors have contacted the applicant and are preparing to conduct another inspection. If the violations are confirmed, the current management organization will be issued an order demanding to eliminate the shortcomings.

The head of Stroyzhilnadzor Komi Olga Mikusheva told IA BNK that the situation remains under her personal control. The re-check should show what problems persist and what measures are needed to address them.
