In Komi decide where the new mobile communication will appear

Residents of Komi can influence the choice of small settlements, which in 2027 plan to provide modern mobile communications. Now in the republic there is an all-Russian selection of villages and villages with a population of 100 to 1000 people.

Adult residents of the region can vote. This can be done before November 8 through the portal “Gosuslugi” or send your decision to the Ministry of Digital Services of Russia by post.

A similar selection mechanism has been in place since 2021. During this time, residents of more than 8 thousand small settlements throughout the country received access to modern telecommunications services. In Komi, more than 13 thousand people have already provided communication in the second stage of the UCN 2.0 program.

Thus, the current vote will determine which territories of the republic will be able to connect to the mobile network next year.
