In Kostroma, the patient sued the dentist for a damaged tooth

In Kostroma, the trial in the case of poor-quality medical care was completed. A resident of the regional center appealed to the court after a healthy tooth was damaged during treatment.

Forensic examination confirmed that the crack on the root of the tooth was the fault of the doctor. As a result, the patient had to undergo expensive treatment, including tooth extraction, implantation and medication.

The court partially granted the woman's claim. The clinic recovered the costs of treatment and medicines (about 140 thousand rubles), as well as compensation for moral damage in the amount of 20 thousand rubles and a consumer fine.
