In Kostroma, the Prosecutor’s Office continues to monitor the implementation of works at the facilities under construction and reconstruction as part of the implementation of national projects

The Prosecutor of the city of Kostroma Olga Polivanova keeps under control the timeliness of the reconstruction of cultural objects in the supervised territory.

As part of the implementation of the national project "Culture" from 2022, the capital repair of the building of the OGBUK "Kostrom regional puppet theater" is being carried out.

Earlier, the prosecutor’s office applied measures of prosecutorial response to contractors and the customer due to delays in terms, disruption of work and violation of essential terms of contracts. Currently, state contracts have been concluded for the implementation of capital repairs of the facility with a new contractor.

At the meeting of the interdepartmental working group under the prosecutor of the city of Kostroma, with representatives of the customer and the contractor, issues aimed at completing repair work were discussed.

Completion of repairs at the facility and its commissioning are under the supervision of the supervisory authority.
