In Kotovsk turned fraud with land on 390 thousand rubles

The Prosecutor’s office of the city of Kotovsk approved the indictment in a criminal case against a local resident. He is accused of fraud on a large scale.

According to the investigation, in 2017, the accused issued the ownership of the apartment building, presenting a fake technical passport that the construction was completed. On this basis, he received the exclusive right to purchase a land plot of 800 square meters without bidding - for only 3% of its cadastral value. As a result, the municipality lost more than 390 thousand rubles.

The defendant admitted guilt and partially returned the damage.

The crime was revealed by employees of the regional department of the FSB of Russia.

The criminal case was sent to the Kotovsky City Court for consideration on the merits.
