Free seminar on intellectual rights will be held in Krasnodar on November 6

On November 6, Krasnodar will hold a free seminar for entrepreneurs of creative industries. Participants will be told about intellectual property rights, copyright protection and work with contracts. This is reported by the press service of the administration of Kuban.

The event is organized by the Center for Entrepreneurship Support of the Business Development Fund of the Krasnodar Territory and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the region. The seminar will be held in the Mercury business center in Krasnodar, starting at 11:00.

The Minister of Economy of the region Alexei Yurtayev noted that such knowledge helps creators to protect their developments and build work with partners.

The seminar will be an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurs not only to gain practical knowledge, but also to meet colleagues from the creative community, exchange experiences and ask questions to the lawyer directly. Knowledge of intellectual law today is necessary for creators as well as the ability to create the product itself. It helps to consolidate authorship, competently manage their developments and calmly build business relations with partners. When an entrepreneur understands how to protect their brand, design or technology, it is much easier for them to attract investment and enter new markets.

The speaker will be lawyer Maria Verkhovskaya. It will examine copyright, registration of rights to the results of intellectual activity, issues of artificial intelligence and liability for violations.
