In Krasnodar for schoolchildren held a “Lesson of numbers”, dedicated to artificial intelligence. The lesson was held in the children's technopark "Quantorium" with the support of the national project "Data Economy". This is reported by the press service of the regional administration.

The lesson was organized for students of the 6th grade of school No. 19. The children were presented by an expert of the regional department of informatization and communication Dmitry Petlitsa and the head of the branch of the technopark Vladlen Maskalev.

Petlitsa noted that such classes help students to see the real challenges of the digital industry.

Today, it is especially important not just to tell students about the professions of the future, but to give them the opportunity to “touch them”. “Digital Lesson” connects theory with practice, helps students see the real challenges of the industry and understand how their own ideas can become real projects. This is the first step towards a conscious choice of path and formation of personnel for the digital economy of the region, he said.

Maskaleva told how to turn the idea into a digital sketch and a ready-made 3D model. The students were also told how to correctly formulate queries for neural networks. After the lesson, they visited the laboratories of Quantorium and saw equipment for 3D modeling.
