In the Krasnogvardeysky district introduced water supply schedules due to blackouts

In the Krasnogvardeysky district limited water supply. The reason is the unstable operation of the power system: in the absence of electricity, the pumping stations stop working, and the water supply stops. This was reported by the head of the district administration Vasily Grabovan, reports “AiF-Crimea”.

For residents of apartment buildings, a schedule is set: water will flow from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 15:00 to 22:00. In the private sector - from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00.

At the same time, the launch of the system in apartment buildings will begin at 15:00, but water may appear later: pipelines need time to fill up.

Individual timetables agreed with the heads of settlements may operate in individual settlements. Residents were urged to rationally use water during serving hours.

We will remind, interruptions with water supply due to problems with electricity in the Crimea occur regularly, and Krasnogvardeysky district is not the first time faced with such restrictions. On November 4, 2026, due to accidents on the networks of Krymenergo, water was limited in dozens of cities and districts of the peninsula, including Krasnogvardeysky.

Then in the “Water of Crimea” explained that the restrictions are associated with emergency repair work and lack of regular power supply. Earlier, in July 2026, the General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise “Water of Crimea” Maxim Novik told about the situation in the north of the peninsula: the crisis affected the territory from Armeniansk to Krasnogvardeysky district.

Then, after the restoration of regular power supply, the schedule water supply was returned, but the network capacity was not always enough to start the pumping equipment, so the company continued to work on diesel generator sets.
