This was told on the air of the TV channel “Crimea 24” by the head of the department, the chief state housing inspector of the Republic of Crimea Elena Kukhol.

According to her, this is one of the main reasons that the Crimeans turn to the inspectorate. Complaints relate to cleaning of local areas and public places, as well as questions to charges.

Specialists conduct on-site and documentary checks and find out what works the management company actually performed and for what it wrote off money from the house account. On-site inspections take place directly on the houses, and with documentary inspection, the inspection requests documents to understand how much is written off and whether services are provided.

If violations are confirmed, organizations issue an order. If she does not eliminate the shortcomings and does not make the necessary recalculation, she can be fined.
