In Kursk, the man was sentenced to 7 years for attempted sale of drugs
Prosecutor of the Central Administrative District of Kursk Sergey Papanov supported the prosecution in the case of a 29-year-old resident of the region
The court found him guilty of attempted drug trafficking on a large scale.
As established by the court, the man through the Internet agreed with other people, whose case is allocated to a separate proceeding, on the joint distribution of drugs. In his role, he received batches and laid them out in hiding in Kursk for contactless sales.
In July 2026, the man received a shipment of drugs weighing 24.75 grams. It's a big size. He did not have time to bookmark it: he was detained by law enforcement officers, and the drug was withdrawn from circulation.
Taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, the court appointed 7 years of imprisonment with a fine of 100 thousand rubles. The man will serve his sentence in a correctional colony of strict regime.
The sentence has not yet entered into force.
