In Kursk, a two-year-old child fell poorly fixed rack in the store

The Prosecutor’s Office of the Railway Administrative District of Kursk conducted an inspection on the appeal of a local resident. The woman asked to protect the rights of her young child.

It was found that she was in the store with her two-year-old son. During the selection of goods, the child overturned the rack. Falling, the structure touched the baby carriage. The boy suffered bruises.

The inspection showed that the rack did not have proper mounting for stability. It was installed in violation of safety requirements and technical documentation.

To protect the rights of the child, the Prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit to recover from the legal entity 150 thousand rubles of compensation for moral damage. The court satisfied the claims in full.
