In Kursk, the case on the distribution of intimate photos of a minor was sent to the court

He is accused of illegally disseminating information about a person’s private life without his consent.

According to the investigation, the girl sent the accused personal pictures in one of the messengers. Later, there was a conflict between them, and the young man sent these photos to the administrator of one of the communities. There they were published, after which the pictures became available to other users.

The case was sent to the court for consideration on the merits. Together with him, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit to recover from the accused compensation for moral damage - 400 thousand rubles.
