The court found that the victim, already drunk, came to a friend to continue drinking. Previously, they drank alcohol together and considered each other friends. However, the host was not happy. A conflict broke out between the men, during which the accused punched a comrade in the jaw. He left right away.

The impact led to a fracture of the jaw with displacement. In court, the man pleaded guilty and said he regretted what happened. Given all the circumstances, the magistrate sentenced him to 1 year of restriction of liberty with a number of restrictions.
