In the Kursk region, the court ordered the school to create conditions for physical education lessons

During the inspection of Kursk schools, it turned out that one of the educational institutions completely lacks a sports hall and a stadium. Because of this, students could not fully engage in physical culture in accordance with the educational program.

At first, the prosecutor made a submission to the district administration demanding to eliminate violations, but the necessary measures were not taken. As a result, the department was forced to go to court with a lawsuit.

The court fully satisfied the requirements of the prosecutor’s office. The district administration and the school itself are instructed to ensure, within six months after the decision comes into force, proper conditions for conducting physical education lessons in accordance with sanitary standards. The court decision has not yet entered into force.
