In Kuzbass, the court decision obliges to repair two destroyed apartments located in the village of Suslovo
The Mariinsky City Court ruled that local authorities should bring this housing into a regulatory state

We are talking about a house for twenty-five apartments located in the village of Suslovo, Mariinsky district, where two municipal apartments have long been empty due to extreme dilapidation. In the rooms there is no interior decoration, the walls are affected by rot, and traces of leaks of sewage and heating systems are noticeable. The microclimate - humidity and temperature - did not meet sanitary requirements.
Residents repeatedly appealed to the supervisory authorities. A major overhaul worth more than three million rubles was planned, but the work never began. Then the Prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit to protect the rights of citizens. The court granted the requirements and gave the administration one year to eliminate all defects and restore the suitability of the apartments for living.
