In the Kuznetsk children’s hospital equipped room for a new X-ray machine

In the Kuznetsk Children's Central District Hospital, major repairs are continuing. Currently, experts have begun preparing the premises in which, after the completion of construction work, a modern X-ray machine will be installed, the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Penza region reported.

The modernization of the medical institution is carried out within the framework of the regional program for the development of primary health care, which is part of the national project “Long and active life”.

As the acting chief physician of the hospital Galina Deryabina said, updating the diagnostic equipment will improve the quality of medical care for children.

Before installing a new device in the hospital, it is necessary to equip a specialized room that meets modern safety requirements, including radiation protection. Special attention is paid to creating comfortable conditions for young patients.

After the completion of repair and construction work, high-tech X-ray equipment is planned to be installed in the prepared room.

The overhaul is aimed at creating a more convenient and affordable environment in the children's clinic. It is assumed that comfortable and safe conditions will be provided at all stages of visiting a medical institution - from the registry to diagnostic rooms.

Work is carried out under the regional program “Modernization of primary health care of the Penza region for 2021-2030”. Its goal is to make health care more accessible to residents, including the ability to receive it near the place of residence, study or work.

In total, in 2026, 12 health facilities are planned to be overhauled in the Penza region.
