In Likhoslavl, Tver region, the first meeting of the Duma of the Likhoslavl municipal district of the second convocation was held, the district administration reports.
The work was attended by newly elected deputies, head of the district Natalia Vinogradova, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Tver region Sergey Aksenov, prosecutor of the Likhoslavl district Alexander Fedoseev, as well as deputy heads and heads of administration departments.
Elections of deputies were held from 18 to 20 September 2026. According to the district Territorial Election Commission, 13,550 voters took part in the voting in six three-mandate constituencies, which is 69% of the list composition. The elections were declared valid and valid. The new Duma consists of 18 deputies: Abramova Svetlana, Adjimurad Maksud, Voronich Alina, Kylie Alexandra, Kozlov Vyacheslav, Komolova Elena, Korshunova Maria, Kotov Evgeny, Leontieva Nadezhda, Martynova Irina, Meltonyan Caro, Patrykeeva Olga, Razumovsky Sergey, Samsonov Maxim, Samuilova Irina, Sitnikova Ksenia, Smirnov Maxim and Tsvetkova Ekaterina.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairman of the Territorial Election Commission Vitaly Zemnov presented the deputies with certificates.
One of the key issues on the agenda was the formation of the Duma leadership: Maria Korshunova was unanimously elected chairman, Nadezhda Leontieva was her deputy, and Ksenia Sitnikova was elected secretary. The deputies also considered the registration of the deputy association of the All-Russian political party “United Russia” and approved the composition of the standing commissions, including their chairmen, deputies and secretaries.
The first meeting officially opened the work of the new representative body of the Likhoslavl municipal district.
