In Lipetsk, the payment for the conclusion of a military contract increased to 1.7 million rubles

Deputies of the Lipetsk City Council at an extraordinary session supported the initiative of the head of the city and increased the municipal lump sum payment for those who will conclude a contract for military service during a special military operation. This was reported in the city parliament.

As reported by Deputy Mayor Roman Zhurayev, for those who signed a contract in Lipetsk from October 6 to December 1, 2026, an additional payment of 1.1 million rubles is established. It will be accrued in addition to the main one-time payment of 600 thousand rubles, already established by the decision of the city Council of February 24, 2026. Thus, the total amount of support for contractors in this period will reach 1.7 million rubles.

Expenses for these purposes will be provided in the budget of Lipetsk for 2026, while clarifying its parameters.

“Deputies supported the initiative of the head of the city to increase the lump sum payment. This decision reflects our principled position: defenders of the Motherland should feel constant care and recognition from the state and society. Social support for military personnel remains one of the key areas of our work, said Yevgenia Fry, Speaker of the City Council.

Taking into account federal and regional payments, the amount at the conclusion of the contract until December 1, 2026 in Lipetsk will amount to 3 million 600 thousand rubles for troops of unmanned systems and 3 million 100 thousand rubles for other units of the Ministry of Defense.
