In Lipetsk RANEPA called the main problems of the Institute of probation

In the branch of the Presidential Academy of RANEPA of the Lipetsk region discussed how to help people after release to return to normal life. The round table was devoted to the institute of probation – a system of support in matters of employment, education, health and life.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the FSIN of Russia in the Lipetsk region. The participants discussed the connection of such assistance with the prevention of repeated crimes, and also named the main difficulties: lack of personnel, complexity of interaction of departments and prejudice to people with criminal records.

Among the proposals are to improve training of specialists, strengthen cooperation of services and more actively involve NGOs and employers. Separately, the importance of individual approach and regular evaluation of aid results was emphasized.
