In Loshitsky Park, two historical buildings are being reconstructed - an old mill and a caplica, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.

According to the GPO Minskstroy, the foundations were strengthened at the mill and a strapping frame around the perimeter was performed. The next stage will be the concrete of the lower plate along the pile field.
In parallel with the builders, restorers work at the facility: the repair (extraction) of destroyed bricks from ancient masonry is being carried out, followed by replacement with a single authentic material. For restoration works, a special brick of the Gorynsky KSM is used, created on the basis of unique refractory clays of the Jurassic period. It is distinguished by a special composition, high frost resistance and a special shade.
In addition, work continues on the restoration of the lost part of the chapel building - 1.2 m thick walls are being erected here. Every four rows the masonry is reinforced for reliability. With the help of crossover technology with subsequent reinforcement, the restored part of the building is combined with the preserved part.
In the future, the facility plans to install beam jumpers for arched windows and the entrance group, re-creation of cornices, pilasters and capitals. The roof will be false, in shape as close as possible to the original.

Restorers will be engaged in the chapel – in particular, they will restore its historical masonry.
The customer of the works is Minsk Spadchina, the designer is Minskproekt, the general contractor is SU-19 of trust No. 1.
