In Makeyevka will be updated Lenin street, squares and “the Path of health”
The city improvement plan was approved by the authorities with the participation of Makeyevchan
The head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, together with the head of Makeevka Yulia Ivanova and local residents, approved a large-scale plan for the improvement of the city. Within the framework of the project, a single design code will be developed for the central street of Lenin, emphasizing its rich history and memorable places, as well as renovated Lenin and Glory squares. The regions-chiefs – the Moscow region and KhMAO-Yugra – will join the works, the head of the republic said in his channel in the MAX.
In addition, special attention is paid to the restoration of the abandoned “Health Paths” in the Krasnogvardeysky district. The project, prepared by DonNASA students on the initiative of citizens, will return the popular space for sports and walks to residents. A plan was also approved to expand the territory for individual housing construction in the area of Khanzhenkovo-North, which will allow the complex development of the settlement.
