In Mari El approved the results of elections to the state Duma

On September 21, 2026, at a meeting of the regional Electoral Commission, the results of the elections of deputies of the State Duma of the ninth convocation were officially summed up. The vote was declared valid and fully valid.

According to the results of voting in the Mari single-mandate constituency No. 27, the representative of the CPRF Sergey Kazankov won a confident victory, for which 52.78% of voters cast their votes.

The distribution of votes on the federal party list on the territory of the republic is as follows:

• United Russia – 43.57%;

• CPRF – 29.87%;

• LDPR – 7.93%;

“New people” – 7.58%;

“Fair Russia” – 3.97%;

• Party of Pensioners – 2.68%;

“Communists of Russia” – 1.06%;

• “Green” – 0.95%;

• Homeland – 0.63%;

Direct Democracy Party – 0.24%.

The final protocols with the results have already been sent to the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation for further information on the country. The Electoral Commission also expressed gratitude to the residents of the region for their civic responsibility and active participation in the democratic process.
