Citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons can apply. Before that, it is necessary to pay a state fee of 350 rubles for the registration of marriage and the issuance of a certificate.
The marriage will be registered no earlier than a month and no later than twelve months from the date of filing an application with the registry office.
