Minsk citizens will be able to come to a personal reception to the deputies of the Minsk City Council of Deputies in any of the administrations of the capital districts. Receptions of citizens will be held from 8:00 to 20:00. The main advantage of this date is the ability to appeal to elected representatives without prior registration and regardless of the area of residence.
