The sphere of culture is a calling. Often you have to do your job, regardless of time, on weekends and holidays. But you are always on top and determined to bring your creativity to people. And people are grateful. They come to events and always know that they are waiting for talent and full dedication. You give everything to the end in order to bring joy, the Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Vladimir Kukharev addressed the audience.

He noted the high contribution of cultural workers in the education of children and youth, in the transmission of the cultural code of Belarusians from generation to generation, thanked for their work, congratulated them on their professional holiday and wished them health, success, luck, inspiration and new achievements.

More than 15,000 people work in the sphere of culture of the capital. The concert hall brought together those who this year made a significant contribution to the development of the culture of the city and its institutions. These are employees of children's music schools, theaters, museums, libraries.

The culture of Minsk is a living and dynamic organism that allows preserving the historical and cultural heritage and introducing the residents and guests of the capital to the beautiful. The city lives bright festivals, every year there is a huge number of new theater productions. And we do not stop there, we plan to develop the theater movement, museums and libraries. Of course, this is all thanks to the employees of these institutions, said the head of the Department of Culture of the Minsk City Executive Committee Ekaterina Luchina.

Among the awardees is the artistic director of the Minsk Concert Elena Rodionova.

- Over the years, we have been trying to surprise the audience, trying to do something that we have never seen before, to come up with something new. We generate ideas, we assemble teams. And the audience pays their attention and love, every time they return to our concert venues. It is also a pleasure to receive official awards. So, everything was not in vain, and we need to move on, reaching new heights, she said.
