In Minsk are preparing for the opening of seven paid parking

In the near future in Minsk will begin work on the commissioning of seven car parks, told the correspondent of the Agency “Minsk-Novosti” in GU “Parkivki capital”.

The following areas have been identified: Melnikate (on the plot from Victory Avenue to Dimitrov), Belorussian (odd side from Ulyanovskaya Street), M. Tank (from Timiryazev Street to Melnikayte), Volodarsky (from Independence Avenue to City Val Street), Krasnaya (from Communist Street to Masherov Street), Surganova (from Y. Kolas Street to Bangalore Square), Chervyakova. Another four car parks that are planned to be organized on the street. Mayakovsky, Jerusalem, Kropotkin and K. Turovsky, the documents are under approval in the UGAI of the Mingory Executive Committee.

According to the state institution, by the end of 2026, the number of paid parking is planned to be brought to the level of not less than 100 with a total number of parking spaces over 10 thousand. In 2027, an additional 27 parking lots could be added to the total number of paid parking lots, increasing the number of paid parking spaces in the city by 1,782.
