In the afternoon, a passerby turned to the police and said that in the park area near Korzhenevsky Street there was a man who behaved inappropriately. Employees went there and saw a citizen sitting under a tree on the ground, digging in the sand. His clothes were dirty.

During a personal search, a bundle of powder was found in the pocket of the defendant's jeans. According to the experts, it turned out to be a substance that contained a particularly dangerous psychotropic — 4-SMS weighing 2.9 g.

Another criminal case was opened against the detainee. He fully admitted his guilt in the incriminated crime, repented of his deed, saying that he allegedly found a package with a psychoactive substance during a walk in the park.

— The accused is a bachelor, he is not officially employed anywhere, he was previously prosecuted three times for committing similar crimes, — commented Kristina Kondratenkova, prosecutor of the prosecutor's office of Minsk for supervision over compliance with the law of court decisions in criminal cases. — The court found him guilty of illegal acquisition and storage of psychotropic substances without the purpose of sale and, on the basis of Part 1 of Article 328 of the Criminal Code, sentenced him to imprisonment for a period of 2 years 6 months, which the accused will spend in a correctional colony under strict regime.

She was sentenced to a fine of 10 thousand rubles. The sentence has entered into force.
