In Minsk on the street Yakub Kolas changed the scheme of movement due to the reconstruction of the collector

In connection with the reconstruction of the collector on Yakub Kolas Street in Minsk, the scheme of road traffic management has been changed. This is reported by the UGAI GUVD of the Mingorispolkom, writes sb.by.

The new scheme provides for reducing the number of lanes for traffic from two to one on the site from Vera Horuzhy Street to the house No. 51/1 on Independence Avenue, as well as from four to three at the exit from Independence Avenue to Yakub Kolas Street. In addition, restrictions on the movement of all types of vehicles are introduced on the section from house No. 8 on Yakub Kolas Street to Doroshevich Street in both directions, with the exception of trams.

At the same time, the number of lanes for traffic on Doroshevich Street increases to three: two to the right, one to the left. On Kuhlman Street, the number of lanes is reduced from four to two, both to the right.

The State Traffic Inspectorate asks road users to take this information into account when choosing a route.
