Winners of the contest of works of creative youth “Golden pen of White Russia – 2026” were awarded in Minsk
Today, on October 10, at the site of the Chamber Drama Theatre, the winners of the republican stage of the competition of works by creative youth were awarded.

Today, on October 10, at the site of the Chamber Drama Theater, the winners of the republican stage of the competition of works of creative youth “Golden Pen of White Russia – 2026” were awarded, the correspondent of sb.by reports. The highlight of the ceremony was that the essays of the winners received a stage embodiment by professional actors.

The theme of the traditional essay contest of the public association "White Russia" this year was dedicated to the Year of the Belarusian woman and sounded like this - "Woman of Belarus: the power of roots and wings of dreams." The organizers received more than two thousand works from the younger generation in four categories “Student”, “Student”, “Amateur” and “Professional”. About 300 participants entered the final, republican stage. 22 of them won prizes or were awarded special prizes.

- It is very pleasant that the contest “Golden Pen of White Russia” has become a nationwide platform for those who try themselves in the literary word, for those who have already taken their first steps and those who have become professionals. This suggests that in a world where technology is rapidly changing, digital and artificial intelligence are being introduced, the power of the living word remains unchanged. A huge thank you to all the participants who left a part of their soul in the competition works. I thank the jury for the great work done – from a large number of works to choose the best.

Diplomas, flowers and cash gifts were presented by the Minister of Education to the winners in the category “Student” , the first place was taken by Ganich Maria from Vitebsk region. The second is Bogdevich Ruslan from Mogilev, the third place was shared by Kosyuk Liana from the Gomel region and Aniperko Victoria from Grodno.

The best in the category “Student” was awarded by the chairman of the public association “Union of Writers of Belarus”, director of the unitary enterprise “Belarus Publishing House” Alexander Karlyukevich. He addressed the audience in the Belarusian language:

On the stage for diplomas in the category "Student" climbed guys from different parts of Belarus. The first place was won by Borzun Svetlana from the Brest region, the second by Yurchenko Zakhar from Minsk and the third by Kovalenko Valeria from Grodno. Special prizes were awarded to Helement Xenia from the Brest region, Brewer Polina from Grodno and Antonov Leonid from Minsk.

- For the first time I participate in the competition - and immediately win, - Borzun Svetlana, a student of Brest State University named after A. S. Pushkin, shares her happiness. In my essay, I told about the people closest to me, my two mothers. One mother gave birth, the other raised. Both are not in this world, they have been taken away by diseases, but I feel their support and joy for my success.

In the category "Amateur" first place was awarded Guzik Alexandra from the Gomel region, the second - Dorozhkin Andrei from Mogilev and the third Chizhov Daria from Minsk. Special prizes were won by Ivanova Daria from Vitebsk region, Panfilov Alexei from Gomel, Black Alina from Minsk and Baranova Maria from Minsk region. And in the category “Professional”, the jury gave the first place to Golovach Diana from Minsk, the second to Dorosheva Darya from Minsk region and the third to Stepanovich Vladislav from Grodno. The special prize was awarded to Reutskaya Anastasia from Minsk.
