The sentence was handed down to a 14-year-old previously unconvicted young man who was accused of illegal trafficking in especially dangerous psychotropic substances for the purpose of selling, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency was told in the prosecutor's office of the Frunze district.

Near one of the houses on the street. Goretsk operatives of drug control on suspicion of involvement in the sale of prohibited substances detained the student. During a personal search in the presence of witnesses in the teenager, they found bags with a substance with a total weight of 12.12 g, containing a particularly dangerous psychotropic MDMA. After surviving in the mobile phone of the minor geographical coordinates in the caches were found three more bundles with psychoactive substance.
A criminal case was opened against the young man. The investigation established that he was a mortgagee in one of the drug shops - a questionable earnings he offered an unfamiliar Internet user, promising a good income. It is worth noting that the student did not have time to receive the promised reward.
Guilt in the court hearing, the minor fully admitted, repented.
- The accused is a student of one of the capital’s schools, previously he was not brought to criminal responsibility, was characterized positively, was brought up in a large family, said Oksana Sakovich, senior assistant to the prosecutor of the Frunze district, who acted as the state prosecutor in this criminal case. The court found him guilty of unlawful for the purpose of marketing the acquisition, storage and transportation of particularly dangerous psychotropic substances, on a large scale, by a group of persons, and on the basis of Part 3 of Art. 328 of the Criminal Code imposed a sentence of imprisonment, which the accused will spend in an educational colony.
