Minsk builders have begun reconstruction of the building of the former kindergarten in the Green Meadow microdistrict under the Children's Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation of Pervomaysky District. This was reported in GPO “Minskstroy”, writes sb.by.
Stroytrest No. 35 went to the reconstruction of the building on the street. Tikotsky, 59, under the Children's Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation of Pervomaisky District, the association informed. The old two-storey building of the former kindergarten, built in 1983-1984, is to be completely transformed. In its forty-two years of history, it has not seen a major overhaul.
Now it is noisy and dusty here: the general contractor branch of the SU-199 is dismantling. In the past go the old roof, partitions, floors, stairs, windows and doors. Engineering networks are cleaned to the ground. But the most ambitious change is waiting for the central part: a single-storey connecting unit will be demolished to the pit to build a modern monolithic frame in two floors on a new pile foundation.
- A year later, namely, so much is allocated for reconstruction, this place will not be recognized, the association assured. There will be a modern correctional center for 40 places for children from 3 to 18 years old with special needs. The building is insulated using a light plaster system and painted. There will be new windows and doors, entrance groups, stained glass windows and stairs. There will be two passenger elevators, a music and gymnastic halls, cozy classrooms, group and sleeping areas, medical rehabilitation facilities, a swimming pool and a catering unit. Everything will be equipped with new equipment and furniture.
