The State Control Committee of the Minsk region found that in violation of the legislation, materials indicating specific trademarks and brand names were included in the local estimate for the current repair of a sports facility without the possibility of using materials similar in technical characteristics.
In addition, the cost of such materials was unreasonably overstated, in some items - many times. For example, the estimate included waterproofing mastic with a cost of 107.5 thousand rubles per ton (21 times higher than the data of the republican regulatory base of current prices for this material), protective varnish with a cost of 146.5 thousand rubles per ton (9 times higher).
At the suggestion of KGC, the customer adjusted the estimated cost of the object. Costs for current repairs without compromising quality were reduced by 790 thousand rubles.
