Passengers leaving a broken coupon in the cabin, make worse first of all to themselves, said in the state enterprise “Minsktrans”, writes sb.by.

The company said:

- It seems that this is a small favor: went out, left a ticket for the seat - let someone pass for free. In fact, this pseudo-concern for your neighbor deprives you of funding for the very transport you honestly paid for.

The experts argued their position as follows:

- When someone travels for free on your ticket, the transport company receives less revenue. But it is from these funds that the repair of rolling stock is financed, new comfortable transport is purchased, convenient routes are supported. Because of this, as an honest passenger, you risk waiting longer for your bus and going in less comfortable conditions. It turns out that you paid for yourself, and because of the left coupon worsened the conditions of your trip.

In the state enterprise “Minsktrans” urged passengers not to leave coupons on the seats, and take them with them.
