The State Control Committee of the Mogilev region checked how the farms of the region are preparing for the winter-resting period and carry out measures to eliminate the causes and conditions that contribute to the unproductive disposal of cattle. This was told to the correspondent sb.by chief state inspector of the KGC of Mogilev region Natalia Kovaleva.

The inspectors visited 19 livestock facilities of 14 agricultural organizations of eight districts of the region. In most of the audited facilities revealed certain shortcomings. The proper condition of livestock premises, maintenance of proper technological and sanitary order are not ensured.
For example, in JSC "ZhornovkaAGRO" Osipovichi district on the MTF of the agro-town of the same name required enclosure, removal of organics, cleaning of walking areas, repair of gates and windows in the barn for growing gobs and other work. In OJSC "Natopa-Agro" Mstislav district at livestock facilities in the villages of Section and Podsoltovo required a comprehensive improvement of the territory, which was fenced only partially, not tarnished, access roads and driveways did not have a solid coating; other shortcomings were revealed. A similar situation was observed at one agricultural enterprise of Klimovichi district, as well as in individual farms of Bobruisk, Glus, Kruglyansky, Chaussky and Shklovsky districts.
A number of farms did not comply with technological regulations in the cultivation, feeding and maintenance of farm animals - the feeding of dry-resistant cows and the rest of the herd was not differentiated, grass feed had high humidity, there were no disinfectants.
Proper sanitary days in milking rooms and locker rooms were not ensured everywhere, one agricultural enterprise had defective shower and washing machines for staff.
In some cases, violations were allowed in the maintenance of young cattle - there was no necessary supply of colostrum, replacement of individual nipples for watering calves was required.
Natalia Kovaleva noted that most of the identified shortcomings of the economy have already been eliminated, now they continue to eliminate the remaining shortcomings. KGC specialists will continue to closely monitor the issues of preparing livestock facilities in the region for the winter-bedroom period. Since the beginning of the year, the State Control Committee has inspected more than 1,400 retail facilities: what violations were identified
