In the Insar district of Mordovia, a teenager was in hospital after an accident. According to the regional traffic police, the 15-year-old driver of the motorcycle "IZH", who did not have a driver's license, when leaving for the intersection from the main road did not give way to the car "Reno Captur".

As a result of the collision, the teenager with injuries was hospitalized.
