About half of the monthly rainfall can fall in Moscow per day from the morning of November 13 to the morning of November 14. The forecast was shared with RIA Novosti by the leading specialist of the weather center “Phobos” Evgeny Tishkovets.
According to him, during this period in the capital will fall about 28 millimeters of precipitation. The air temperature will be from +1 to +4 degrees.
On Saturday, November 14, a cold front from the northwest will arrive in Moscow. It will bring new heavy rains, sometimes turning into wet snow. Up to 16 millimeters of rain are expected.
Tishkovets added that in the city can form snow cover with a height of no more than one centimeter. Because of the temperature, it melts quickly.
