In Murmansk recognized emergency and subject to demolition of another house. This is stated in the decree of the city administration. There are several emergency houses adjacent to the building.

The list of emergency buildings included the house 42/20 on Pavlov Street. It was built in 1961, the total area is 630 square meters.

The decree was signed by the head of the city Ivan Lebedev. When the building will be demolished, the document does not specify.

We add that the house No42/20 on Akademika Pavlov Street in August this year was not listed as an emergency in the data of the Territorial Development Fund. At that time, the two-storey building with 19 apartments was in the overhaul program since 2014.

Also on the same street there are several emergency houses - in particular, No. 19, 31, 33, 35 and 40, decisions on which were made in different years.

Earlier, “MK in Murmansk” said that three apartment buildings will be demolished in Murmansk for 5.46 million rubles.
