In the Murmansk region on October 9 expected rain and gusty wind

In the Murmansk region on October 9, cool weather with little precipitation is expected. The air temperature at night will be from +2 to -3 degrees, during the day - from +1 to +6 degrees. This is reported in the EMERCOM of Russia in the Murmansk region.

The wind will be predominantly northwest and west at a speed of 4-9 m/s. At night in the north of the region, gusts can reach 15 m / s. In the afternoon in the south of the region, the wind will change to the east and northeast and will increase to 7-12 m / s.

In the waters of the Barents Sea, increased wind and increased wave height are predicted. Dangerous meteorological phenomena are not expected.

Due to weather conditions in the region, the likelihood of accidents on roads, in forests and on water bodies remains. Accidents at housing, railway and air transport facilities, as well as incidents with small and other vessels are possible.

Residents of the region are urged to take into account weather conditions when planning trips and be careful on roads and near water bodies.
