In the Museum-apartment of Yuri Spegalsky opened new complexes of the exhibition about the monuments of Pskov
October 9 at Yu Memorial Museum-Apartment

On October 9, the eighth and ninth complexes of the exhibition “Unrestored Monuments of Pskov” were opened in the Memorial Museum-Apartment of Y. P. Spegalsky. The exposition is dedicated to the fate of medieval architectural monuments and significant public buildings of Pskov, who died during the Great Patriotic War, the Pskov Museum-Reserve reported.
New thematic blocks tell about the building of the Pskov City Council and the building of the Pskov Commercial Bank. The basis of the expositions were documents and rare book editions of the second half of the XIX - early XX century from the collection of the Pskov Museum-Reserve. These materials allow you to see how both institutions worked and get an idea of the life of Pskov society of that era.
More information about the exhibits and the history of buildings can be found on the website.
