In MHC explained how to calculate the fee for housing when renting an apartment without registered residents
The Ministry of Housing and Communal Services explained how the fee for housing and communal services is calculated when renting an apartment in which no one is living.

The Ministry of Housing and Communal Services explained how the payment for housing and communal services is calculated when renting an apartment in which no one is registered at the place of residence. This sb.by reported in the press service of the Ministry.

It is noted that if the apartment is officially rented under a rental agreement, the presence of such a contract in itself is not the basis for the use of increased payments. However, the absence of citizens registered in the apartment affects the amount of payment. As a general rule, to charge for housing and communal services at subsidized tariffs in the personal account must be a citizen registered at the place of residence.
- Information about the employer is taken into account when accruing services such as management of solid municipal waste, utilities consumed without metering devices, electricity to the elevator, the ministry said. At the same time, at the main place of residence, the employer has the right to apply for recalculation for these services.
The Ministry also reminded that if the employer pays for housing and communal services and at the same time included in the list of able-bodied citizens not employed in the economy, economically justified tariffs will be applied to the entire area of the rented apartment and to the entire volume of services consumed. This applies to heat supply and hot water supply. Received all passports of readiness: how in the MHKH are preparing for the autumn-winter period
