In Nizhny Novgorod on November 13 will open a free running center

On the embankment of the Rowing Canal in Nizhny Novgorod, the running center of the All-Russian Athletics Federation will open on November 13. The platform will be free for everyone – for beginners and for experienced runners.

Inside are equipped locker rooms with showers, a training room and storage rooms. On the opening day, guests are waiting for a festive program and a family race, and participants will lay a time capsule - a message to future runners will be opened in 25 years, in 2051.

The Nizhny Novgorod Center will become part of a joint project of VFLA and ANO Eurasia to create a network of modern free running platforms: in all, more than 20 such facilities are planned to open in different cities of Russia.
