Electric vessel "Pozharsky" was launched in the Nizhny Novgorod region - the ceremony was attended by Governor Gleb Nikitin and Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Roman Chekushov. The ship was built by Chkalovskaya shipyard under the project of the GAMA group; exactly a year ago, a similar Minin was launched there.
Nikitin called Pozharsky proof of the wide technological capabilities of Nizhny Novgorod enterprises and said that the future belongs to electric transport. From the next navigation season, Minin and Pozharsky will begin to walk along the Nizhny Novgorod-Bor route: this will improve transport links and create a new point of attraction for tourists.
