In Nizhny Novgorod, vandals smashed a “smart” stop on pr. gagarina

Three young people broke up a “smart” stop, installed in 2024 near the administration of the Prioksky district of Nizhny Novgorod. The damage to the city property was recorded by CCTV cameras. This was stated in the TG channel mayor Yuri Shalabayev.

According to him, the design did not allow the fragments to crumble, so no one was injured, including the hooligans themselves. The young men are now being sought by the police. Shalabayev suggested that they themselves can come guilty, probably with their parents.

The mayor noted that intentional damage to city property always causes anger, but in this case, it is difficult to be angry with children. He hoped that they stumbled because of their age and did not want to harm anyone, and wished them to remain friends and create, not destroy.
